For the UL first-year students who have excelled both academically and extracurricularly.
Amount of the scholarship per academic year 1 250 EUR

- 2019-2020 academic year recipients - Marjama Bagdasarjana, Tatjana Kiselova and Tomass Stepins
- 2018-2019 academic year recipients - Vladislava Kurtukova and Raivo Vilcans
- 2017-2018 academic year recipient - Laura Klavina
- 2014-2015 academic year recipients - Agija Kalve, Liga Apsena, Matiss Keiris, Marcis Rublans, Mihails Sisovs, Zane Ozolina
